So you want to be a WATCH MAKER....

Well just the basics alone is a 2 year / 3200 hours - full time course in Switzerland:

To learn more process on Chronographs you'll add 3 more weeks / 130 hours to that training:

Then to learn more on using a Lathe and Turning add another 10 weeks / 420 hours:

Once you've had 3 years 'actual' experience you may want to consider a 20 week / 840 hours Refresher training to hone and refine your skills further.

but to mention / highlight one more important thing : watch assemblers are NOT watch makers.
simply pop in pop out exercise and sell a watch for few thousands dollars is really not work of art.
