Anyone happen to know which part of Europe does all the watch dealers go to, for Audemars Piguet watches? I will be going there end of this month, hoping to buy some AP's from there. If you happen to know, kindly PM me.

I think any place in EU beats buying here. You can generally negotiate and claim back VAT on the way out.

Too many enthusiasts chasing the same brands here in SG Even HK offers better prices w/o waitlist most of the time!

i bot a AP ROO 2 yrs ago in switzerland at this boutique called Bucherer. I didnt check the local SG price before i buy and when i came by i thoguh i got chop carrot. Think most impt is to do research first

Agree with bro sch21 do your research first I was with a tour group and they brought us to a place
And I notice they were sleazy quoting prices at the high end. In the end I did nit buy anything

Largely dependent on prevailing eursgd at time of purchase and VAT refund rate of individual countries.

Base on my experience, pieces where u can get discount 15% - 30%, you should be better of getting from Sg AD. For sought after Rolex sports models, Pam or Sought after pp where u either cannot get or get only little discount, then u are likelg better off getting in Europe , especially during times of favorable exchange rate plus after VAT refund so do your homework and have those local price list of your short listed pieces on hand when u r there
