    Hey guys

    Just read from newspaper that there will b an auction tomorrow on seized property from law enforcements agencies.

    Admission is free, open to public

    Viewing : 11am
    Auction: 1pm
    Mandarin orchard hotel grange ballroom (5th floor main tower)

    U can find it on page A14 of straits times today

    Terms: cash n major credt card

    Been there before...don't expect to be buying Rolexes at super cheap prices, that ain't no fire sale.

    You would have a chance of buying it more exp than buying the same/similar pc in our garage.

      I've been to one before (shuld be d same Auctioneer tat u highlighted)...
      Wasnt at ease at the way it is conducted,,but if you have time..Go Look see Look see :-)

        Agreed with Darkangel... don't forget there is some adminstration fees on top of what you have bided... I prefer to deal with bros here instead...

          been there before.. it's 15% buyer's premium i.e. u need to pay an additional 15% on top of ur bidding price to buy..

          went a few times & ya, the price u getting is mostly higher than what u can get from the bros here.. but if got time, can still go see see..

            we get those auctions in perth as well. prices are generally higher than outside, and may have undisclosed parts that are not original. i had one gentleman buy 2 DDs from the auctions (not the same as the one listed in this thread) and the bracelets were definitely not originals.

            a case of genuine error or something more sinister i cannot comment

              Best part is for some auctions that I went to, you cannot open up the caseback of the watch. At most just view the watch as is from the what is on the exterior.
