sing rather than talk.
dance rather than walk.

Ok next question: which one of you actually have time on your side most of the day? And what are you doing?

When I used to have a lot of time during my holiday break. I would read up on articles and research hard about anything that I am interested in at that time.
Reading forums and articles are good ways to spend time in my opinion, because your train of thought continues as you read the replies. Somehow you gain experience and be able to read the stories of others and pick up a lesson or two.
Maybe find some faults and tell yourself not to do them?
Just the way I spend my time..
