  • "Lemon Law"

Hi, any bros here know does this law apply to items sold in forum? Thx.

I doubt so, since there's no real agreement, doubt it is recognized in terms of law.

I don't know how to put it, as I am in the field of laws, but I doubt it is recognized as a real sale. Maybe only possible to fight if goods sold was fake when it was advertised as original? In which case, it's more like cheating?

unlikely lemon law will apply in forum situation. as always caveat emptor (buyer beware)

Thanks for the input guys. I once signed kinda declaration form putting my name & nric for a buyer stating the pam I sold is original and not faulty. so if this buyer comes back within 6 mths & claimed the watch i sold is faulty or damage. is the "lemon law" enforce on this kind of claim? I can't find any guidelines on this kind of agreement so I guess is between the seller & buyer to resolve on their own rite?
