Selling HDB flat

Hi all,

Can anyone advise me on what to look out for when selling HDB flat without going through real estate agent? For example, do I need to prepare a contractual letter on the agreement before finalising the deal?

For hdb flat, all required forms can be downloaded from the HDB webbie.

the agent merely prints and pass to you and the buyer to sign, earn comm from both sides, and leave u to handle everything else
