Anybody got suggestions how to clean a dirty bracelet? Esp in between the links

Get a bucket of water, add some ammonia-free hand soap in the water. Get a soft / baby toothbrush.

Soak your watch into the bucket of water, get it out, brush the gap in between link, soak it back in again. (repeat a few times will watch is clean)

Dry it with a soft cotton tower, you can either leave it to dry on the table afterwards, if not use a hairdryer(Turn of heater) and blow it dry.

Leaves no scratch, no dirt. Simple and works like a charm every time.

Horolab in Tanglin Shopping Center

I took my vintage oyster date watch to Horolab (can google them) in Tanglin Shopping Center for an overhaul and they have a professional workshop. I found the master watchmaker William (I think that's his name) to be honest and sincere.

I brought back a second watch , GMT Pepsi for a second visit. He didn't try to oversell any of his services and told me what was needed to retain its vintage value. I.e do not change dial, hands , and no polishing (only light buffing) . In contrast Rolex Service Center immediately suggested that I change the hands as the tritium had flaked off.

They guarantee that they only use new original parts but of course you can only rely on their word.

Anybody also used them before ?
