  • Berluti Shoes

    Hi all

I have never own this brand before and thinking of getting a pair.

Anyone has experience to share as in:
    i) is Berluti really that well build and comfort to command a higher price tag than a Make-To-Order Bally? Or just a premium to pay for the brand?
ii) is it cheaper to get in Europe as compare to getting it in S'pore? If I saw it correctly, the price range in S'pore ranges from S$2,300 up

    Thanks

What to do, can't afford Patek, Richard Mille, RBII so have to look for cheaper substitutes

their leather are top class esp the brown but like the car vs watch debate, a clear outcome.

              To each his own.

Actually a major factor is the environment u work in coz you need to rotate and give the shoes a breather.

The leather would also need regular maintance in our humid environment. You dun wan to spend thousands and the shoe only last for a year.

There are other mtms like corthay that's great too.

For me Bally off the rack fits me well and I have several pairs of biz shoes plus loafers.

The church shoes are robust and traditional English welted ones. A bit heavy though.

                Ferragamos are ok.

My Rockport wears well and last about 2 years. Use and throw...like Casio and price like Casio. Someday, I would like to own a pair of Bally!

Berluti I never even hear before! Ha

                      Definitely cheaper in Europe.

I m happy with my Church's at the moment. Haven't tried Berluti, but I think it's too expensive for me. Max I will go is Church's

Don't forget the free/complimentary "one time color change service" from berluti boutique when you get tired of the current color

                          Never heard of it too.

Too high league. Like a $300 hair cut. Cannot imagine.

Using Ecco now. Comfy and last very long.
Geox is good too. But waiting for sale haha.

Age catching up. Got to use comfy shoe.
