Do I need to pay GST again if the same watch is shipped to Singapore?

i used original invoice to show gst was previously paid.

Yes, the GST receipt is available, but I need to have my relative find it first, if I have the GST receipt, I think that should be OK if my buyer has the copy of GST paperwork to submit to avoid paying GST for second time?

I got the GST scan, but I don't see any info that relates to the watch (i.e serial number of the watch, etc)...so if I present this to the GST tax man, how does he know that this GST paperwork relates to my watch?

Buyer will be taxed as long as they bring goods worth more than $400SGD into the country. If you want to avoid, declare below but of course if it goes missing during shipping, insurance will cover the declared value only

Does it help if you tell the custom the watch was already taxed before

without proof that the tax is tied to the watch in question. i think you have a hard time to convince.

seiko.citizen, thank you for your opinion, but like I said before, the watch was taxed before. I had the GST scan to prove that I had paid the GST, however like my question before this one, the GST paperwork does not state the serial number of the watch, or type of the watch, or anything like that. So if I present this GST paperwork to customs man, how does he know that this paperwork represents the watch if the paperwork doesn't contain the details of the watch?
