practise with WHO? my work use to have a few japs, but i trying to learn. but now they all went back so completely no more exposure. at uni usually hang round cantonese people... so usually learning cantonese

last time i was in japan, learn abit, but was still unable to communicate.

my dad on the other hand, still can read/write/speak basic japanese.

Must practice bro, I studied Jap for 5 years still basic only even though can read jap. Need ppl to talk to u tats how to improve. my fren use 1 yr to complete JLPT but he went Japan to stay 6 mths so can improve tremendously.
