Pls pardon me for being rude but after reading the sales trade , to me the seller just wanna tell that the watch are moving quite accurate , fall in the acceptable range of the standard .

He did not mention that stein hart are cosc certify. IMHO

To be fair to all parties here,
If one scrutinizes carefully, the sales thread does say that the watch merely conforms to COSC standards (which I trust it does) and does not state it comes with COSC certificate nor is it COSC certified.
Any implied thoughts that it does might fester in the mind though.
However, I'd say that there is no malicious intention to mislead or misrepresent in this instance; and if a reader was unsure (perhaps a newbie), the said reader is of course free able to clarify with Bro Feilong on his assertions of the claim.
A sale posting is merely an invitation to treat (ITT), and as it is with many forms of ITT, most sellers will embellish the product advertised to boost the appeal of the object for sale. Some claims in ITT might be ambiguous or inordinate but as long as they are not false, they should be acceptable. In this instance, Bro Feilong's claims might be construed by some to be ambiguous but they are certainly not false; that I trust, should be reasonable grounds to vindicate Bro Feilong.
