Standard charter marathon 21 or 42 km bib

Hi , my friend would like to run the standard charter marathonon this coming Sunday.However he did not register as such he is not entitle to a finisher medal should he complete the race.

Anyone who have register and decided not to run due to other reasons, he is willing to pay for the bib and number tag.
