exterior looks the same. notably, it has a 8MP camera and iCloud and faster processor and all the hidden technologies within the phone.

marketing strategy similar to that of 3G then 3GS then 4G?
for people who are using 3G/3GS, the 4s is definitely worth an upgrade. dual processor, higher resolution camera is a draw. however for users using 4G, there is no significant advantage unless user wants to harness the improve 'internal' technology.

when the stock is here, go to your telco liao.
check out the respective telco website. there should be information if there is pre-order.
