    can be
    man utd, chelsea, liverpool, tottenham
    man utd, chelsea, tottenham, liverpool
    chelsea, man utd, liverpool, tottenham.
    chelsea, man utd, tottenham, liverpool

i think that if cesc and/or nasir leaves arsenal, it would hard for arsenal as they lack a team leader

chelsea can come in champion if coach can direct the star studded team.

liverpool can prove a surprise package by coming in 3rd. however, to be in 2nd spot abit hard.

if luka leaves i think tottenham will be better.

we have seen in the past that the players in the top 6 teams who wants to leave always create unrest in the team and their performance can be like roller coaster.

i have taken arsenal out of the top 4 because of the 2 players who wants to leave. it is like torres with liverpool last season before the mid season transfer window.

Yes there are many possible combinations. Many believe 6 teams will fight for the top 4 spots. I did not include Spurs in the polls simply because I personally genuinely do not think they will finish up there, with or without Luka Modric.

As for Arsenal, I kinda agree with one of the pundit from football365 who wrote that Fabregas & Nasri finally leaving Arsenal (most likely gonna happen this week) will actually "liberalise" the team and allow them to focus on the club and the matches. They will have a difficult start though with a very tough league fixture plus Champions League qualifiers in between.

An article by Rob Hughes in the ST Sport today justifies my exclusion of Spurs in the poll. It says...

"...the punters are still backing the Red half [of Manchester] to beat the Blue half. The order of things seems pretty much as last season: United top, Chelsea next, then Man City. After that it gets too tight to call. The odds show Arsenal and Liverpool both at 9-1, with Spurs 50-1 outsiders."

Before the Spurs' fan (I suspect triton is one) starts to flame me...I have nothing against Spurs though they are Arsenal fierce local rival. In fact I like Spurs more than I like Manyoo, hehe. When I was a boy, I was considering becoming a supporter of Spurs and West Ham before finally decided on Arsenal

So I wouldn't be sad at all if Spurs manage to break into the top 4. So long it is not at the expense of Arsenal

It's all about the Big Four, or so it seems. But who are that four?

Another column in ST Sport by Agence France-Presse...

"Man City have bought their way in there, somthing, somebody has to go. I don't believe Spurs can break into that quartet again this year and wonder how that might affect the chances of Harry Redknapp becoming the next England coach."

Only 6 people have taken part in the poll so far...So many members so few BPL fans?

As things look now, I was wrong about Spurs. With two-third of the season gone, they are firmly at 3rd of the table.

And who would have thought that Chelsea might miss out on Champions League qualification?

Liverpool fails this time both on and off the field (with the way they handle the Suarez issue).

                      Sigh.

Nothing very strange. Chelsea has proved that money can buy success. But Chelsea was already competing among the top before Roman came in, so if Man C can win it already this season, it would be very impressive.

The last 5 or 6 more games to go, and how things have turned and twisted!

The title is surely now Man U to lose.

Only 4 points currently separate the 3rd and 6th position, with Arsenal, Spurs, Newcastle and Chelsea fighting for two CL spots

Liverpool is now closer to the relegation zone than to the CL spot (4th), point wise

                          Your thought?
