A little amusement.

As above a new insurer was appointed.

1. new insurer appointed starting from 16Aug2009. 2009??
which year is it now...

2. residual refund $0.98, to collect

- come in person to shenton way, office hours
- original letter
- purchase document for flat
- NRIC

Like hell I will do that for for a dollar.
Same for 99.99% of flat owners.
They could have enclose the cheque in the letter.

So if need to refund 100,000 flat.
Well some little rebate for the insurer.
