are you intending to keep this watch or potentially sell it @ a later date?
if you got intention to sell @ later date and dont want to lose too much money, then go for pam 233. if resale value is little concern, then go for the one you prefer.
the pam 233 is what i call a AIO (all-in-one) watch for panerai.
