  • Just got two wisdom teeth pulled out.... What can I eat?

Just got two wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday, and am in currently a world of pain. Right now, I'm on a cocktail of drugs .

My dentist advised to take one hardboiled egg, and mix with some green vegetables, and chuck all in a blender to make a smoothie like texture.

To be frank, I think I will pass on the dentist's idea of soft eating diet. If that is what the angmoh's call a soft eating diet, then I will sure die one

So far, ive had the following:
breakfast: soft boiled eggs x2, and a glass of milk
    lunch: chicken congee (cold)
dinner: almond jelly and ice cream

Anyone got any more ideas what is easy to make for soft eating diet? Also cant have anything too hot as my mouth is still numb, and looking like a hamster on one half of my face.

I'm really surprised that your dentist never advised you to stuff yourself silly before having your wisdom teeth pulled out.
I had a few steaks on the day before I went to have mine done.

Did you have your teeth at the different sides pulled out at the same time? Then either you or your dentist, or both, are stupid.

Hey bro, what a coincidence my gf just had her wisdom tooth pulled today! I have been tending to her and feeding her yogurt Greek style with some added honey. Have u also tried soft rolled oats with milk? Cook them in milk add honey j let it cool.

I've been stuffing myself non stop since I got new that my wisdom was to come out. Whenever I saw something I liked, I'll just order and eat! Needless to say, I've put on a few KGs since the news came

                Bro, 2 is nothing.

I took out 4 at one time during my NS time. I think I had porridge and ice cream fir 2 weeks... the bright side was that I was given 2 weeks MC.... =D

I find it weird that when i extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth, a week apart, I experience not much pain and was back to normal food the very day itself as compared to the rest of the people i hear horror stories from. Now i'm doubting if my dentist really did extract my wisdoms or other teeth.

sounds like porridge is the way to go. oh, and ice cream too!

tried to make scrambled eggs this morning: successfully failed! will be sticking to my soft boiled eggs, easier to cook

                            For me first day porridge.

Drove back before the anesthetic ends haha.

From second day can eat normal diet. Noodles, rice etc.
Only takes longer time to eat.

Only got to keep the lobang clean.
Food tends to get in if yours leave a lobang. will decay inside then infection.

takes a while for lobang to fill up.
