Space 1999! Wow, I haven't heard that being mentioned for donkey's years. The only thing I can remember about that show now is the lady that had the weirdest style for her eye brows.

I seldom got chance to watch TV cos my mum and aunt were always watching those Lin Ching hsia movies. Heck, my aunt even named me after one of the characters.

The only one I could remember watching was a cartoon called Xuan feng xiao fei xia.

Haha, be glad you weren't named Chin Han or Chin Xianglin. Xuan Feng Xiao Fei Xia was called Gatchmen in English. I liked the show but half the time I didn't know what the hell was going on because of my weak mandarin. Man, those were the days!

But you know what I miss the most?
Its the Indian selling Bread on their bicycles with a big wooden box installed behind. The Kaya and Butter Bread, Best in the world.
The old auntie carrying 2 stainless steel boxes with a long stick on her shoulder, and inside the boxes were "CHEE CHONG FAN".
