I suppose the watch the agent wears must be suitable for formal events as well as rough use.
James Bond wore Submariners in his earlier adventures and now Omega (Planet Ocean)
Jason Bourne wore a Tag Link Quartz Chronograph with a black dial.
Due to budget constraints, me, the poor secret agent, would consider either Damasko DA56 (as simple watch) or Tissot T-Touch (for functionalities).

Secret agent....hmmm... no rolex, JLC or PP, too obvious... attracting lots of attention... but must at least carry a MB. hahahaThere is a very fine line between this "hobby" and "mental illness."
Look on the wife's face when VISA bill arrived, Priceless!!!!
