If you have colleagues who are plain lazy, always finding excuse not to do work, claim they very busy, have dispute to settle, got unfinished work and because of all this still request to change job of scope AND after let them change liao still the same always claiming busy BUT when ppl walk pass the desk, that colleague almost 90% of time surf net and SGROC, what will you do?



Best part, always take MC and leave (almost like never ending leave and MC)

do you guys think this ppl deserves the bonus? deserves promotion?

FYI, this person is a guy. Fat and ugly i would say, if it's a chio babe, i quietly enjoy the view with no 1 word said..

receive many complains. once, he got one whole list of pending work to clear, no matter how our vendor email he also dun do..but when CC shoot to boss only, he quietly and kuai kuai go clear..

if i say this person is a je*k, he truly is..

anyway, he's not my colleague but from another side.

today just heard that he rejected one stack of work and claim he got many dispute to handle. when that colleague walk pass, he surfing net but quickly close the browser when he saw her..
