    server has been re-started. not sure if it will solve the problem.

    some other possible troubleshooting technique should others experience,
    1. try to clear the cache
    2. reboot the machine
    3. reboot the modem.


    some other possible solutions is to download and install
    1. latest version of java
    2. windows update
    3. latest version of flash player
    4. latest version of shockwave.
