  • Found 7 pieces of 6694 in Yishun

Found 7 pieces of 6694 in a gold smith shop, 6 of which is black dial and 1 in silver dial. The silver is around S$1850. I did not ask whether can discount further. I remember Triton and some other bros are looking for 6694 and so here's the lobang.
The shop name is Ngee Soon Jewellery Pte Ltd, Blk 923, Yishun Central 1, #01-372 and the boss name is Raymond. Enjoy!

Hmm I have never bought anything from a pawnshop before... any idea what to look out for?

          I have some questions:

          1. Are the prices usually bargainable?
          2. Do I still need to bring watch to RSC for re-verification and/or do normal servicing?
          3. Is it ok to kick tyres and ask prices?

Those who bought from pawnshops, glad to hear your experience.

It's not a pawnshop. It is a jewellry shop near northpoint shopping centre.

Oops, I made a mistake. Somehow when I read 6694, my mind registered "vintage" and found it easier to associate with pawnshops.

Apologies to all on my wrong assumption.

No problem. in fact there is a modern looking pawnshop a few shops away...look very different from the traditional "二叔公" type. They have a Men and mid size YM, Submariner, Explorer black dial, Explorer I, lots of ladies' date just and a Tag Heur between the Explorer I and Explorer II!

                    Thanks for your replies.

Oceanklassic - for ques. 3, sorry I did not phrase it correctly. I meant like, ask for prices for different model watches ... was just wondering if the pawnshop owners would entertain people just "shopping around" and to think about it.

                          Is a 6694 w/o box & papers a good buy at $1250?
