Yup stay out of lucky plaza and sim lim if u r not sure of what u r buying.
Most of the shop prices are similar. So I reckon it's better to reduce risk than saving 50~80
after all most people don't buy camera as fast as phones.

So far for me I buy from Cathay Photos(CBD) & Ms Color(AMK) because their sale staff knowledge of equipments is good . I also get them to quote through emails and see which is the best. You will be surprise sometime Cathay Photos can offer better deal. These are just my experience.
