    Dunno if should park this here or 'Makan places' .... Hmm if other mods tink it sld be there, juz move it ok..


    ANy recommendations for nice mooncakes? every yr been buying from Marriott... tink it's time to change abit.. hehehe

    Cakes from tung lok are not bad, but they are cakes from the lower end market that taste quite good as well. Like they say, one man's cake is another man's poison.

      Well if you want me to recommend. Hong Kong's Wing Wah Mooncake is best. Usually they will go to the mooncake fairs so can find them there.

        i ordered 30 boxes liao for clients....special ones are cheese (mandarin orange and hibiscus flavour) mooncakes from hilton...damn good!

                        I love Double Yolk, lotus paste mooncakes.. If I rem correctly, the Tung Lok ones are pretty good...
                        I also like Crown Prince flaky skin yam paste moon cakes.
