next day i walk in armed with my slightly older laptop of equal make/model. the price on his face was priceless.

bro Cedric, i wouldn't do this if i were you BUT i would rather ask for the boutique mgr and tell him the sort of attitude his staff shown me. If i see even the boutique mgr also like "ai mai ai mai" than i let go i'm considering writing in to their management.

For my case, usually I'll just boycott the shop, writing to the management is only a waste of time. email will straight go to the junk box or they simply reply you with a standard apology note.

Oh well, saleperson also a human, he/she also got his/her lousy time, if bad attitude, just treat him/her disappear.... it all boils down to simple economy theory, demand and supply, you demand, bad service, you also buy, on the other hand, there are many supply in the market, so if bad service, ignore the person, no need to be pissed and waste time write here and there, go somewherelse to buy... cheers! =)

hii bro, if one organisation doesn't take the feedbacks from the customers seriously than i 'll say bring your monies to other shop. Imo they 're not the only shop that sells watches.

Normally.. alot (if not most) of such "branded" shops are not bothered by feedback made by everyday walk-in folks like me... ask for manager.. they will acknowledge your feedback.. that's it... write in the boutique.. u are lucky if they bother to give you an acknowledgement, let alone a standard reply...

no need to get upset what. next day; walk there; place my laptop in front of his. then i purposely call him over. eh eh.... come come.... my friend; is there much difference between the two? these machines quite affordable; i dunno why you think otherwise

dont bother complaining. they wont give two ****s. best is you complain in a public forum complete with name of business; location; and sales assistant's name (if possible). then you create a big scene. only then; you write to the company in question, and submit the link.

                    something like:

                    Dear sir/madam,

I visited your store recently and wish to express my views on your customer service (insert link here). I wish to highlight to you that whilst I have no hard feelings against your company; I do wish to let the general public know what type of business you are running. I shall let your potential and future customers do the talking on my behalf.

                    Warm Regards

I was in my tee and berm when I bought my car in PML, it's on a Saturday and packed with people, instead it's the customers who give me the funny looks. In ION hourglass, the salesgirl served me well, bought my DSSD straight away...

as a person who have stood on both sides of the counter; never put bad experiences in the heart. life still ticks after bad service.
