My Newly Purchased Watch Scratched n Grazed ..Where To Polish?

a few days i fell down, dragged my watch quite a distance...

as a result one of the lugs was scratch n grazed...face wasnt damaged a single bit luckily. tried to do some polish the brushed satin case but seems to get worse n i stopped immediately.

it isnt obvious under dark light, but at certain angles its pretty obvious..

i sourced around n the cost for me to just polish is around 200 bucks..

qn is should i go for it? i figured even if i go for it, i would get scratchs in future too..

but if i dont do it, everyday i see it, i feel heart pain

are there any trustworthy places where i can get it polished at a cheaper price.??
