How safe to buy from forumer....

I am eyeing for a submariner 16610LV but undecided wheather should I buy from garage with some savings or from AD paying the full price. Any bro care to share your past experience buying from forumer with verification at RSC. Paying cash of $8k to a stranger may be a bit hard to accept bu me.

a) post the name of the seller you wish to make the purchase from and see if anyone else have dealt with them before
b) list your terms to the seller clearly; if need be in writing; and deal at rsc
c) buy from AD - safest; but a premium attached

Can always refer to the itrader mah....before buying online..pls do the proper homework on the seller 1st...and for a peace of mind and hassle free deal..DO THE DEAL AT RSC....pay the 107bucks and be done with it lor...

agree,can check at the iTrader page and PM those buyer who bought from the seller before but ultimately if any deals goes wrong,pls do not hold SG-ROC responsible for that as this forum is only a platform for like-minded ppl to interact and exchange watch passions and information. Cheers.

For me, i usually will conduct the deal at the spacious RSC waiting area....go there to vertify and pass the cash...super safe in there...got ARMED cisco guards in there....100% safe...

So far no issue for me leh....did a few deals there...verification done..paid at counter...go back to sit at sofa...passed the $$$ to seller...can chitchat there for at least 20mins...no ppl chase me out YET....

Deal at RSC for peace of mind. Pay more attention on any item missing from the package deal.

Depending on who you deal with on forums, there is risk (more or less only). RSC is not 100%. They only authenticate watch as 100%genuine Rolex, that's all.

For 100% piece of mind, buy from AD but I think 16610LV alredy sold out and discont. for quite a long while.

i think cannot pass cash in there, have to do it outside after goods inspection
