go and take up citzehship in another country, come back to sg and apply for PR that way you will not have NS commitment to the best of my knowledge.

govt in singapore is like a crow, they will remember you forever..if you throw citizenship liao..they will condemn you forever and won't even give u a PR..

unlike china and india..they welcome back ex citizens who wanna come back and retire..

Other SE Asian country will ready welcome you if you choose to migrate there.
And lagi best bring your Sing $$ there convert and spend..
Standard of living lower you can use your Sing to the max..

even apply for malaysia PR need 100k rm fixed deposit in malaysian banks..
