    How Do U Tell If A Watch Is Too Big For U? (Help Me Judge If My Watch Fits Me)

    i took these pics with a camera in front of a mirror..

    from this way of taking picture, the lugs seem to touch the ends of my wrist just nice

    from this pic lugs stick out abit...



    so my qn is is it too big? btw i m a short gu but it isnt a concern right?

    its not too big, in my opinion, you can easily pull off wearing watches of a bigger size.

      The 1st & 2nd pix look alright to me. The last pix does looks abit big. But, after looking at the 1st & 2nd pix again, I think you are fine because you have big arms.

                  wah you have been going around asking.

                  to me, looks fine as u got muscular arm so it looks balanced. i think it's due to the rubber strap that make it look big.

                  overall, looks fine.

                        IMHO.

                        it does not matter if you have muscular arms or not. what matters is the size of wrist. a person with muscular arms with small wrist(6" below) wearing anything beyond 40mm will look imbalance.

                        anyone with ~6.5" and above can carry from 40mm and above. anything less than 38mm will look imbalance on a ~6.5" wrist size

                        another factor that affects the look of a watch on a wrist is also dependent on
                        1. rubber strap
                        2. bracelet
                        3. nato strap
                        4. leather strap


                        each of these will give you a different look, different feel.

                        another factor is the shape of wrist, some people can see the bones on the edge, will also affect the look.

                        bottom line, try different size of watch to see which types suits you. for my wrist, i can only wear round shaped watches.

                          Don't listen to feilong and johnfish cos no watch is too big for them.

                          I say wearing watch is like wearing clothes, some like it tight fit while some like it loose and baggy. You should feel comfortable and confident wearing a watch. If a watch does not wear comfortably on your wrist, it's probably too big or too heavy for you. If a watch is so big that it makes you feel like a clown, then you probably look like a clown.
