      No refund at all.
If I were to take it back, it's a new deal altogether.

even 7 minutes and you will be pushing it. if im not wrong; 7 days "cooling off period" is only for items that can be DOA (dead on arrival) usually used in electronics line if im not wrong.

in SG is very different, cos i remembered in US you can return merchandise within 30 days with original receipt for refund.I don't know in aussie, but in SG most places if you look at the receipt/invoice there's this note printed "Goods sold are not refundable." at the bottom of the receipt/invoice.

          Anyway,thank you SC for replying.

Hay buddy pls STOP bothering me,sale long over. I'm not angry or whatsoever, even you PMed me reminding me i'm aint a Saint. Of cos I'm no saint,i made hell lotsa of mistakes in my life. The reason i started this thread is to seek other sellers opinion of the possible "after sale service" and how they act in situations like this. And here you are,PMed me for dates you sent me the sms abt the watch OMG bro they're like more than 7-8 months ago when you texted me your watch got problem...i don't even understand myself why in the world i replied your PM and sms after such a long sale. Okay buddy, enuf is enuf pls don't sms me in the middle of the night again. There is no hatred no grudges i hold against BUT you are on my list of ppl whom i will not sell and trade with. Like i said in my last PM to you,if you think you have been short change by all means get your lawyer and summon me to court.

yes in oz, some stores accept returns within a certain time frame, and yes, people do abuse the system. buying clothes; wear swee swee to party; return claiming size not right . the apple store offer people 14 day no question asked return policy; i have also "borrowed" an audio DAC just to try out.
