duno abt u guys... I condemn AMEX. and with tat i mean DIRECT AMEX cards... Nt those by a bank...
They hv the worst system in place, always screw up one... I've used them 3x (gave them chance) in the past 8 yrs... They never fail to amuse me... I had a compounded interest of 5k due their cock up even though i receive a letter stating my account was closed without any $ owed.. They will waive off my $250 annual fee... Then months after months, the bill didnt waive and interest compounded... Damn funny man...
To me, AMEX will ban for life!

Interesting to note Bro Jazz's comments. My experience thus far with Amex has been good. For example when I need to make a reservation, I don't need to call the restaurant directly, I just call AMEX concierge and they would take care of it. When I have any queries regarding my bill, they are extremely nice and attentive. I know that I have to pay $300 bucks for it, but if the service is good (and if I can get it back in vouchers), why not?
