TIMEX leather strap change - DIY or otherwise?

Hi, I know its only a TIMEX.

I thought it'll be piece of cake so just bot replacement straps.... now realise have problem removing old straps.

Should I buy one of those spring bar tool?

Or just go to a shop/service ctr?

Appreciate your advice.

if you are changing yourself, you will need a strap removal tool.

the head is different from spring bar removal tool. flatter and wider.
