This is an amazing story! Imagine, sitting on a gold mine thinking its a dump site. Wonder any karang guni in Singapore encountered a similar situation....does not have to be a Rolex watch. ;-)

Ok...time to dig out the junk in my house!

Maybe I will find a daytona somewhere?

chuck it up on ebay $9.95 bid, and see if you can replicate the bidding bonanza.

Not all the vintage collectors believe the story. Some think it is a novel way of attracting attention to sell this Grail off at a high price. But, no doubt a nice watch.
Next up, maybe a comex found in a junkyard selling for 9.99.

Junk for one, antique for another. How many keep stamps when you were young? Who knows, it may be worth a fortune now. ;-)

They can afford and want to own something of the past.

Same as picassos, but also same as green spot bottles. Some valued at millions, some cents. As valuable as what others are willing to pay.
