to me. buying is not an issue. showing off is the problem.

some folks flaunt their lolek, with the mentality that the world owes them a living, not knowing that there are folks whose watches costs tens or hundreds of loleks...

The cheapest watch of that brand, the simplest movement or the iconic symbol, especially for Rolex and Pam?

Weird isn't it? You are going to spend a big chunk of money, and you want to buy the cheapest of them all so you can tell people you own one? Not very logicial le.

Shouldn't the person try the models of the brand, get the one he like best and thus do his budget? From the pictures and the watch boutique, when I look at Pam, I only like and will consider the submersible only (till now, Pam does not sing to me), not sure of the pricing but is probably double that of PAm 000.

When I first bought my rolex, it was the DJ, because it was iconic and I like it, not because it was the cheapest.

Buying a high-end watch just because it is cheapest of the high end or certain brand really really don't cut the cake.

Not a bad discussion here, what I thought as entry level is, the cheapest line from what the brand has... Example seiko, they have grand seiko, ananta, galante, credor and bla bla bla so on... But their entry level is alba or seiko 5... That's what I thought...

Nonetheless, get what sings to you... You are the one who wearing it and enjoying it, as long as tour heart happy will do... I like breitling watches, for now the bentley series is the best but not affordable for me, saving up for avenger... So that's another my entry level for breitling, but some people may think... " I guess the colt series is the entry level" cus it is cheap...

Niway, I like to read this kind of topic, making me know more bout watches world
"It is not the watch, but purely is you who define the watch..." -pst666-

List: Montres de Luxe P48 Thunderbolt Chrono, ECW Panhard -M8D-
        whist: IWC Aquatimer Galapagos Island
