I'm sure most of us went tru NS before... the previous thread is abit messy.. so this will be the new thread

Anything interesting tat happened to share?

For me, it would be 2 events..

1st happened during BSLC night topo exercise in Tekong... 2 guys lost their way and didn't know where they are... most returned back by 8+pm... by 11pm, whole company's WO and Officers were activated to find them. WO had to ask them fire their blanks to hear where they are roughly... somehow, they walked into a swamp waist deep... ... returned back to camp at 2am and got 3 days MC the nx day..

2nd was during ASLC... stayed in 1 of the older military hospitals in changi (No, not TAT changi hospital).. so it's quite eerie at nite.. Would not go into details on that since tat is not the 'interesting' things tat happened... Every nite, after training, a few of us would go to the back of the building and "Lia Kao"... coz at the back of the building, it's facing "Lovers gate".... it's alongside 1 of the Changi runway... so there'll be lots of cars parked here with newspapers.. u get the idea?

went to the wallaby excerise lor...bloody desert area...cold as hell at nite but hor..day time is hot until u can cook eggs on the vehicles bonnets...hehehehe....

once drive from perth to geraldton, shark bay, monkey mia, carnavon and onto exmouth, and the outside temp was 50degreeC during day and about 14dC at night

gosh...extreme weather eh..but hor perth stil ok lar..i was there 10yrs back...at may..so winter period..nice and windy leh...
