That's very true. Maybe I am biased, but I don't like current Sunday Times format/contents. I prefer the old format.

Maybe we can discuss under this topic. Could you imagine be a single brand collector, for example collect on Rolex and no other brands? I personally cannot do it, as each model from each brand has different attraction to me. I cannot be loyal to one brand.

I was a bit surprise that the author highlighted the Speedy Snoopy. She was a bit exxagerrated, limited edition of ONLY 5441 pieces? It's not so rare..
Me too, really amire those one brand lover of all time. My guess is that the editor probably likes Snoppy and was thrilled to see Snoopy the beagle on an Omega

If one has bought the Omega 600m Ploprof or the Omega Seamaster 1000 or the Omega Bullhead in those days and keep till now. Probably it's worth the $$$$$ now. However if u wish to keep one of these today, it's a 5 figure thingy and not forgetting if it require any restoration work.

Omega has Heritage, History and participation in history making events. Not forgetting Rolex as well. As for Panerai, a different Ball Game.
the Trails and the Ocean !

I'm surprised Mr. Tan allows his name, much less his picture to be posted in public. I dont know about the rest but if i have such a collection at home, i'll probably be more low profiled.
