syncrocity (allows you to use iphone whilst syncing)

I'm thinking of jailbreaking my Iphone 4 with version 4.1, can someone post a step by step guide here ?
BTW i'm using a macbook .

very easy to jailbreak,

1) backup your iphone with itunes
2) go to http://limera1n.com/ and download the mac version
3) plug in iphone and follow instructions
4) reboot, install cydia, and add your fav repo's
