Was already advised by a friend not to donate to NKF in the early 90's as they were already very rich then. Even now I do not donate to charities that are heavily endorsed by the authorities.Comment

I understand the bitterness. Myself, i volunteer with Metta Hospice..whilst i dun give $ per se, i do sacrifice some precious time...and time is money....sometimes 65 bucks per hour if market gd!
I'd continue giving a lil anyhow, because the people on the ground still need the help, despite what the evil chaps above are doing....leave the rest to karma...
