My ex-boss admires my watches everyday. Not that he can't afford but he takes me as a reference on what is nice and worth the dollar. LOL. Something might worth considering - wearing a blink blink DD for a job interview. Interview panel might be influenced by the your outlook - "hey .. I don't think he needs this job though ...".
Anyway, I don't really bother... I am there for a job and stop looking at my watch .. hahaha ...Just another small small small small watch user ....

I think it's a different story if we talk about attending a job interview. In such occasion you are supposed to dress and speak "appropriately" meaning you cannot express yourself too much in order not to influent the interviewer in a negative way.
