My ex-boss admires my watches everyday. Not that he can't afford but he takes me as a reference on what is nice and worth the dollar. LOL. Something might worth considering - wearing a blink blink DD for a job interview. Interview panel might be influenced by the your outlook - "hey .. I don't think he needs this job though ...".

Anyway, I don't really bother... I am there for a job and stop looking at my watch .. hahaha ...

I think it's a different story if we talk about attending a job interview. In such occasion you are supposed to dress and speak "appropriately" meaning you cannot express yourself too much in order not to influent the interviewer in a negative way. It's just like why a bad guy wears tie to the court.

Once you get the job you can express yourself by wearing whatever you like coz then you have secured the opportunity to prove your ability which people will be judging you on.
