My new Sony camera

I just bought a new camera and was amazed at the quality of images. This is a close-up image of one of my watches and the one after is a close up of a $50 note. Everything is automatically done for you (suits idiots like me).





I didn't realise there were actual words on the $50 note. If you look at it closely, it just looks like a solid line with the naked eye! Go on take one out and have a look!

Do you mean most cameras can pick up this small text from a $50 note without using the aid of something like Photoshop? That image is the original photo taken straight from the camera with no use of anything else besides the auto-macro aid on the camera. Mind you, I did have to crop and reduce the actual size of the image before hosting it here.

i think maybe some here owns an slr + macro lens or those systems like LX5, hence the comments...

the sony shots looks quite decent. cheers.
