  • Mini Steamer Trunk Watch Box

    Hey bros & sis,

    Need your opinions.

I've made this "Mini Steamer Trunk" a couple of months back as a sample for my customer. If you notice, it looks quite similar (but not the same) to a brand selling at Taka B1

    This is my actual product...

Now that I've completed customizing the actual product, I was thinking of converting this sample piece as a watch collectors box probably with two tiers - holds 15 watches on one tier and horology tools on the next.

    Question:
    1) Would it be ok for a mix of just watches and horology tools?

    2) Or, does it makes better sense to combine some other "guilty pleasures" like pens, cufflinks, etc.?

    3) Or, just sell it as it is?

    Appreciate your advice.

These days watch are bigger in size. Need a certain gap between each watch else it will knock another watch case accidentally.
    I own a Rolex !

I think for a large box, it would be good if you have an interchangeable tray for people who have other hobbies and may not have that many watches.

I won't recommend having tools together with the watches. In any case it's unsafe if something loosens up and the tools start colliding with your watches and there goes
