Wow, the Heritage is a sweet darling. a nice orange accent and the chrono pushers and crown are so uniquely designed. A blend between the "old" and the "new" feel I get. the green bar is actually member reputation level.
this concept behind was that member can add reputation level of another member. also can deduct. however, this would mean that one need to indicate which post determine the up or down.
however, the administration of sg-roc after careful considerations feel that it may create 'faction war'. as such the reputation level is currently put on hold.
