          these, actually, are not so funny....TP bikes now gone black.
          drivers better be careful from now on...

            does not matter what color they are. more importantly is that are they still wearing uniforms? if they are allowed not to wear uniforms while on duty, then it is a different story. even if the bike is black and they wear uniform, it is still quite ok to spot them.
