I believe it is more of a 'fun' thing the mods have created so that people stay long in the forum. And I appreciate that . But now that the 'title' has changed, I feel more relieved.. . "lao jiao" made me feel like I have an "old banana".. . Some more "super".. ! Aiyo!! Bo char-bo ai wa liao le..

i agree that this being a singaporean forum, having such 'titles' are very local flavour. however, sg-roc is in the process of revamping itself and as such those names can be 'offensive'.

we welcome suggestions and feedback to what kind of titles can be used to replaced.

I like "mentor member"...is like not a mod but can act like a mod hahaha.

Come to thing of it the secondary title (i.e. rolex lover, rolex master etc) could be the ones irrelevant or misleading since some members despite very into watches may not own a rolex. I am not suggesting to remove this secondary tittle though.

Just cannot make sense of this - Triton with so many postings only a member but others with less "senior member". May be Triton too humble, want only small small status.haha.

as there are female members here. i am looking into more appropriate terms. whether or not to cater for overseas forum members, i like some of you agree that this being a singapore forum should have its own 'heritage'.

titles need not be proper names. in dialect, singlish also acceptable.

some conditions to apply is no vulgar, gender free, religion free, .....

The last one should be "Member Mentor" instead?

just start noticing the "status" after reading this thread. Noticed that on top of member and senior member, there is also Rolex lover, master and admirer.

Can any bro kindly advise what is the diff? Thanks.
