Juz got my Iphone this afternoon. This thing is sure beautiful. Anyway, while processing my purchase at Taka Singtel, already saw 2 customers who brought their Iphone back due to problem of hanging. Touch wood mine's so far so gd.

iPhone Incapabilities

I happened to follow a friend yesterday and dropped by Comcenter. Was casually browsing there and tested on the iPhone. These r some basic facts I've found out :

• CANNOT forward a sms from an iPhone;
• u CANNOT MMS using the iPhone;
• u CANNOT do video-recording; and
• u CANNOT use the blutooth function except only to connect a blutooth earpc.

Just to share.

Thought I could get my iPhone yesterday... Ended up wasting an hour of my time and not getting it due to an inflexible customer service attitude.

My contract is up in another month's time and SingTel refused to let me re-contract earlier. Insisted on charging me another $100 for the phone. During the exchange, the customer rep even insinuated that I lied. That did it for me... Although it was only an extra $100, I refused as a matter of principle. Just cannot tahan their high handed and inflexible attitude.

Anyway, I will vote with my wallet. Will jump ship to either SH or M1 in another month's time and bide my time till end of the year until all telcos have the iPhone.

Meanwhile for those of you who have it, enjoy!

All this can be solved using third party softwares.I have been using my non 3G iphone for 1 year plus and it still working great!
