I've been using it for 3 months now. The sinus gets better as the months go by. Its not cured but there is visible relief, i.e. better feeling, my wife also commented the snoring has been greatly reduced.

The most visible effect is facial slimming, colleagues commented that I have lost weight (maybe bcas of a slimmer face), even though I have gained 2 kg.

My usage : once a day 12 mins before sleeping (added the strengthening strip as well)
