      haiz, focusing on the causes of problems rather than looking for solutions

      at least an interim solution should be provided to minimise the damages to all the hot spots mah

              警方发言人针对这事件说,初步调查显示,警方当时在武吉知马路进行救援行动及疏导交通的工作时,见到一名男 子(吴庆顺)站在马路上拍照。

              发言人指出,该名男子当时站在马路中间半积水的阴沟洞上拍照,所处位置情况有些危险。

              基于安全考量,警员劝男子离开路堤,移到路边一处较安全的地方,然而男子却没有这样做,走到其他地点继续拍 照,警员屡劝不听。

              由于男子阻碍了警员执勤,并对自身及他人的安全构成威胁,警员决定制伏他,将他带他到更安全的地方,但由于 男子挣扎,警方才因此用手铐将他铐住。

              发言人说,在证实了摄记的身份并作出了评估、确保救援工作不会受到影响后,警员当场释放摄记。

              警方吁请公众和警方保持合作。任何阻碍警员办公者,将会在妨碍公务员执行任务的罪名下被提控。妨碍公务员执 行任务者,一旦罪成,将被判坐牢最长3年,或被罚款高达2500元,或两者兼施
