leather strap dont think can shorten.
unless you asking where you can go to get holes punched to fit your wrist

There is one shop in sims ave that provide this service. forgot the exact address. You may need to search online. It was $20 per strap last year.

Chan Yew is superb. Repair all branded leather goods. Shrtening strap is kids play to him.
