I have relatively slim ('girly' wrists) and generally have to get 'short' straps for my watches ... It's for this same reason that I often have to pass on certain 'bigger' watches (e.g. certain AP ROOs, IWC BPs, PAMs, etc.) even though they are absolutely awesome timepieces!
Anyone else in the same predicament? Do share some wristshots
p.s. following are some wristshots of my 'bigger' (I define that as >= 44mm) watches (some of which had already left my collection) ...
The following are still in my collection:
GO Senator Navigator No-Date (44mm)
Pam 88 (44mm)
JLC Squadra Hometime (50.5 mm x 35 mm)
The following came and gone (mostly without wristshots):
AP ROO Rubberclad - White Dial (44mm) ... Love this watch but it just seem a little too 'big' even with the 'short' AP strap
Zenith XXT Open (45mm) ... Bought this new when it was first launched and took a big hit when I sold it within a week (as it was simply too 'big' for my 'girly wrists)
Sinn 6100 Regulateur (44mm)
Sinn U1 (44mm)
Sinn U1 Tempus (44mm)
Sinn U Black (44mm)
Sinn U2 (44mm)
